UNCONTESTED DIVORCE (Can this be sub-menu under Family Law in Header on homepage?)
Uncontested divorces starting at $200.00 plus the filing fee. An uncontested divorce is an “agreed-upon” divorce. Come to an agreement with your spouse about everything to do with your divorce. Then call Rebecca Green Thomason for an EASY, QUICK, and CHEAP divorce. Rebecca will prepare all of the paperwork abd give it to the judge. You will not have to go to court.
There is also a filing fee that must be paid to the court when the divorce is filed. YOU MUST PAY ALL COSTS BEFORE THE WORK IS STSRTED. There are no payment plans for a simple uncontested divorce.
$200 for a Simple Alabama Uncontested Divorce when there are no children.
$250 for a Simple Alabama Uncontested Divorce with minor children.
